I am a London-based index and benchmark specialist with more than a decade of experience designing, governing, and implementing some of the world’s most widely used equity indices.

Currently serving as Head of Index Policy at Wilshire Indexes, I oversee methodologies for flagship benchmarks such as the Wilshire 5000, lead updates that enable ETF and fund usage, and work with clients on index design, sales support, and issue resolution.

Previously, at FTSE Russell, I was a subject-matter expert for complex index treatments, advised governance committees on high-risk and extraordinary events including global M&A, and led implementation and rebalancing projects for major U.S. indices, all while building robust operational controls using Python, SQL, and VBA to ensure replicability, accuracy, and client confidence. I have a bachelors in Finance from Washington State University and an MBA from Gonzaga University and a strong foundation in equity analysis, corporate actions, and benchmark design.
